Cozy 3 Bd, 2 Bth Near Chesapeake Bay, Parks & Playgrounds

Currently decorated for Christmas! (Decor to be removed after Dec. 25, 2025 or at guest's request with 72 hour notice.) Relax and enjoy your time with family and friends at SeaRenity Stays! Prepare delicious food in a well appointed kitchen while you chat with family and friends seated at the island counter or 8-seater dining room table, or move out onto the deck where you can grill out next to the six seater table or settle into the lounge. Inside, the living room welcomes everyone with conversation seating, comfortable pillows and throws, games and puzzles, a big screen TV supported by high-speed wifi, and an electric fireplace. Later you can retire to one of the three comfortable bedrooms (King in one, Queen in one, Full & Twin trundle in another).

SeaRenity Stays is nestled in a secluded neighborhood where you can leave the car behind and stroll three blocks to the Saunders Point Beach to gaze out at the water from the private community pier and beach. If you have little ones with you, they can get their wiggles out on Saunders Point Park, which features a playground with tables and seating next to Big Pond. Maryland's natural shoreline woods are a .4 mile walk away at Beverly Triton Nature Park and a 2.3 mile walk away at Mayo Beach Park (which is a 5-minute drive, but at times they require online registration to drive-in and park so we recommend checking in advance). Shopping and restaurants in Edgewater, Annapolis, and many other Chesapeake Bay communities are just a car ride away. Wanting a day trip? Washington D.C., the National Harbor, or Baltimore are only about an hour away.

*Extra comfortable sleeping for 6 people between one King size, one Queen size, one Full size & one Twin size trundle.

*Kitchen appliances include coffee maker, Keurig machine, toaster, air fryer, hand mixer, waffle maker, popcorn maker, ice-cream maker, sandwich press, and crock pot.

*Large capacity washer and dryer in the utility room along with an iron, ironing board, and clothes steamer.

*Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap, hair dryers, and make-up mirrors.

*Linens (sheets, blankets, pillows, and comforters) and towels (beach, bath, hand, and washcloths) are provided.

*If you have small children, two additional very young guests can be accommodated with the toddler cot and a Pack 'n Play for a total capacity of 8 guests in the home. Other niceties for small ones include a high-chair, books and games, nightlights, child-size plates, bowls, and silverware.

*The kitchen includes dish and glassware for 12 and the dining table can accommodate 8. 

*Guests are given a unique, key-less entry code after paying for the stay and before arrival that allows them to lock and unlock the front and back doors during their reservation.

*There is a gas grill, 6 seat patio table with chairs, and patio lounge sofa out on the deck overlooking the large, fenced-in back yard.

*We have motion-activated security cameras on the exterior of the home pointing out away from the house on both the front and rear doors.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Other standard amenities include a washer/dryer, a fireplace, and a private yard. Housekeeping is available on request.

Great location away from the crowds of downtown Annapolis with easy access to same. Home was very clean and well maintained and owner was very responsive to questions we had. Easy walk to beaches. Will definitely try to stay there again when we return to the area.

The location was great and the house was a haven. We had a lot to do while we were there, and we were able to get to our destinations in less than an hour. We were only there a few days, but this property had everything we need and much more! Perfectly clean and comfortable! Quiet area and while we didn’t use the parks too much while visiting, it was nice to know they were there. Communication via the app is terrible, but the owners were very responsive. Close to the Bay and Nature Park

Great location only 5 minutes walk to Beverly Triton Nature Park. We walked there every morning and saw interesting wildlife. Kids and adults can wade in the shallow, protected water, if that is desired. There are a variety of trails there so my teenage son who wanted to go on a run could log a few miles in a shady place without having to drive anywhere. Quiet neighborhood when we were there in late June. Nice patio outside and grill; Good place to hear the birds in the morning and evenings. TV is large and wifi was great; A/C works great too. Well stocked kitchen. Parked our car in driveway (no garage). Nearby local store for beer & canned goods about 5 mins away; Safeway is about 10-15 mins away.

Perfect getaway!

This little place was perfect for our girls’ weekend! The house was immaculate and there were many great features that made us feel right at home. Cozy Comfort

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was the perfect place for our family to enjoy quiet and relaxation while less than 1/2 hour drive into Annapolis and the Naval Academy. We checked out the nature trails and horseshoe crabs at the nearby park too! Everything was clean and easy instructions for our stay. Will definitely plan to stay again!

Great Stay near the Beach for a Wedding at Mayo Park

We stayed at this property Thurs through check out Sunday and found it to have everything we needed. The home was very clean with plenty of bedding and towels. The 2 bathroms were clean and well laid out. The Host was easy to contact before we got there and left us some great information for local places as we did have a Glutten free memeber of the party and that info can be hard to find. All teh resturants she suggested were great and my wife was able to get her sea food at every meal!. Home was tucked off teh beatten path but that was what we were looking for and it was a short drive to the main road and to get to services. We did not use the kitchen much but it was supplied with plenty of tools and cooking gear. We will repeat when we get a chance! DaveB

My husband and I stayed at Searenity Stays for an extended period while awaiting our house to be completed . The property was perfect for us! It was extremely well equipped with everything we could possibly need. The area is very nice and the neighbors friendly.
