Gracious Victorian On Chappy

Spectacular Victorian home with a gorgeous view overlooking Katama Bay to the Ocean beyond A great combination of original early 20th century features and modern conveniences. Situated on spacious but secluded grounds.
Seven bedrooms, two full baths, two half baths and an outside shower. House constructed in 1905 and includes original moldings, beams, doors, gas lamp fixtures, diamond windows and fireplaces (which we do not use for safety reasons), plus modern conveniences such as Direct TV and wireless Internet.
Walk to private beach. Close to miles of unspoiled island beaches and fishing spots. A great summer vacation escape for large or multiple families.
The vacation home features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 7 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.

Beautiful Chappy home

The home was spacious with plenty of room for 13 people. The view of Ketama was wonderful to wake up to and end the day. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our time very much. Carolyn was very patient with all my questions and was wonderful to work with. We look forward to staying here again.
