This large and dramatic custom-designed tri-level coastal contemporary home in Katama offers a luxurious and spacious retreat for guests. The open floor plan, soaring cathedral ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling walls of glass create a captivating ambiance. The property is located in a high-end neighborhood within walking distance to South Beach, making it an ideal location for beach lovers.
The highlight of the property is the beautifully landscaped backyard, featuring an oversized 18x40 heated saltwater pool with a bluestone surround, lounge chairs, and a fire pit. Guests can enjoy days at the beach and return home to swim in their private pool. In the evenings, they can gather around the fire pit, cook smores and gaze at the beautiful starlit sky.
The house can comfortably accommodate two families with its four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms are master suites with private bathrooms, while the fourth bedroom has its own bathroom (just not ensuite). Each bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer for guests' convenience. The bedrooms are furnished with large flat-screen TVs. The beds will be made and ready for guests upon arrival. We use a Professional linen rental company that has the equipment, expertise, and processes in place to ensure that your linens are clean and in good condition. Multiple large wrap-around decks on all levels offer great outdoor space for relaxation and entertainment. The 32' high great room with vaulted ceilings and a large screen TV serves as a central gathering area. A beautiful marble fireplace with a large screen TV creates a focal point from both the living room and dining room. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and all the necessary kitchen essentials. It features a breakfast bar with stools and is open to the dining area, which seats 10 people. In addition to the main living areas, there is an additional first-floor family room with a large flat-screen TV and a wall of glass that leads to another private deck. This deck opens directly to the saltwater heated pool, providing easy access for guests. Towels and beach towels are provided for guests to enjoy their beach outings.
The property includes a garage for storing bikes and other items guests want to keep safely indoors. A large circular driveway with beautiful gardens completes the exceptional features of the property.
