Il est situé à Ecublens aux portes du centre de Lausanne et à quelques pas de l'université et de L'epfl.

La résidence se trouve dans un cadre de verdure et à l'abri du bruit
Vous trouverez un centre commercial à 300 mètres de votre logement.

Ce studio est situé dans un espace de verdure et a quelques minutes du centre ville.
Un arrêt de bus se trouve a 100 mètres et le métro a 500 mètres, lequel vous déposera en 3 minutes a Lepfl a L’unil ou au centre ville en 7 minutes..

Le Studio est entièrement dédié aux voyageurs, une place de parc extérieur est a disposition.
Un jardin d’enfants est disponible a l’intérieur de la residence.

Au vu de mes nombreux voyages a l’étranger je préfère communiquer par message.

Du fait de la proximité du centre ville de Lausanne, nous avons le calme et la tranquillité sans les désavantages d’un centre ville bruyant.
Le centre commercial, le bus et le métro à proximité fait que l’on peut se passer de véhicule privé.

Emplacement idéal proche Lausanne

Bonjour, Joli studio proche de Lausanne. Idéal pour un couple. Place de parking incluse, ce qui important pour ceux qui viennent en voiture, car la plupart des parkings sont payants. Le studio est situé dans une zone calme presque à la campagne. Le studio très propre, très fonctionnel et décoré avec goût. Il est appréciable de prendre son petit déjeuné sur la terrasse avec vue sur les montagnes. Emplacement parfait pour se déplacer rapidement à Lausanne, Genève, Vevey, Montreux car proche des autoroutes principales sans avoir les inconvénients du bruit. Petit détail à améliorer : avoir sous la main, les informations à la connexion Wifi pour ceux comme moi qui ont oublié que la Suisse est hors CEE et donc pas incluse dans mon forfait. Heureusement, Stéphane est très réactif et nous a vite renseigné par téléphone. Pour ceux qui vont venir en voiture ne pas oublier d'acheter votre vignette pour circuler sur les autoroutes. Pour ceux qui en arrivant veulent manger dans un bon restaurant, vous avez possibilité d’aller au Le Motty - Auberge Communale. Faisable à pied à partir du studio. Attention, la vie en Suisse est chère. Ex un bon plat de 35 à 40 euros. Je recommande donc vivement cet appartement très douillet pour les raisons évoquées ci-dessus. Hervé
