Annonce qui ne correspond pas au lieu, endroit très salle, à éviter.

Bonjour,L’annonce correspond absolument pas au lieu : il n’y a pas sac cinq chambres, mais quatre chambres, plus un petit sofa dans la salle commune. Deux chambres, sont en fait une seule chambre avec une mezzanine, et ne forme qu’un seul espace. (Maillet annoncé comme deux chambres.)La troisième chambre, qui dispose d’une salle de bain sans WC (contrairement à ce qui est annoncé) n’a pas de porte, et donne sur l’espace commun. La quatrième chambre, quant à elle, propose deux lits … et une porte. Enfin, pour terminer avec les chambres, toutes les literies sont en fin de vie et dans un état lamentable.PROPRETÉ C’est tout bonnement un scandale de louer un lieu aussi sale : le sol n’était pas nettoyé, joncher de poussière et de terre, on ne voyait pas au travers de la baie vitrée tellement elle était sale.Le jardin n’est pas entretenuePour conclure, ce logement est une arnaque, destiné uniquement à enrichir le propriétaire par une exploitation en séjour courte durée exacerbée.Je recommande à quiconque de trouver une autre option, et il y en a pléthore dans la région du Mans.

Très déçu!

Tout d'abord, le logement manque nettement de ménage (taches, derrières des meubles...), coupures intempestives de courant et j'attends toujours le passage d'une personne que j'ai eu au téléphone (aucun suivi ni rappel), maison avec du potentiel mais dont les finitions manquent (2 volets qui ne fonctionnent pas, nez de marche décollé et cheville qui dépasse, pas de porte pour la suite parentale, appareil à raclette sans les poêlons cabine de douche qui ferme mal avec les ustensiles de ménage à sa porte, porte non bouchée au dessus de la carré...) Je suis habitué au loc et je ne suis pas un maniaque mais là, pour le tarif et pour une dizaine de personnes, beaucoup de choses à revoir... je ne recommande pas...
