This unique summer house near Ebeltoft, situated right on the waterfront and only 50 meters from the sea, is the perfect place for a relaxing or active holiday. The house is 140 m² and with several bedrooms, there is ample space for up to 8 people. This makes the house ideal for large families, multiple generations, and groups of friends.
The house is presented in a beautiful blue color, which blends beautifully with the surrounding scenic environment. The large panoramic windows and spacious terrace areas invite guests to enjoy the stunning views of the sea and surrounding landscapes. From the terrace, there is also an overview of play areas, where swings, a trampoline, a sandbox, and various games provide optimal opportunities for fun for all generations.
Inside, the summer house features a charming interior, where quirky flea market finds, modern conveniences, and a beach hotel style make the stay something special. The interior is light and inviting with a large open living area, which includes a comfortable living room, dining area, an alcove, and a loft designed for children. The large living area can open to the 100 m² terrace, and the living area contains a fully equipped integrated kitchen. There are two modern bathrooms. The house is arranged in two sections, allowing for peaceful retreat. The owners of the house have created plenty of space for guests and trust that the many personal items in the house will be well cared for.
