This pretty 28 m² studio is ideally located on the 3rd floor of a residence with elevator, in the heart of the Gourette resort.
The bright living room with television and sofa bed for 2 people, opens onto a balcony offering a beautiful view of the ski area.
The kitchenette is equipped with vitro hobs, oven, microwave, large refrigerator, electric coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher.
You will find an alcove with two bunk beds (90x190) accompanied by their storage drawers and wardrobes.
Shower room with a bathtub, a sink, a mirror and separate toilet.
Possible noise pollution in the middle of the winter season.

Access to the central terrace of the esplanade du valentin will be prohibited (covered parking works). Access to the residence entrances and shops is possible thanks to a traffic lane.

bon produit avec accès rapide aux pistes.Dommage que je n'ai pas pu avoir ma place au valentin.Cela aura été une grosse galère sans, j'avais choisi cette appartement pour les prestations avec la place de parking couverte. J’espère qu'une compensation financière comme le remboursement de la place de parking sera faite. Cordialement Mr CHENET Alain.
