Bonnes prestations et très bonnes vacances!

Pas parfait mais nous avons tout de même passé un super séjour en famille. Nous étions en chambre 446, 1er et dernier etg du bâtiment. 1 apt avec balcon sur superbe vue montagne. 1 chb séparée et 1 lit 1 place dans le salon. Literie confort mais les rideaux laissaient passer trop de jour. De plus le drap du lit double était trop petit, donc à chaque mouvement, le matelas était à nu. Portent qui grincent beaucoup, salle d´eau très petite (pourtant je suis un petit gabarit) avec douche seulement. Donc pas pratique avec un enfant en bas âge. Pas de ventilation efficace non plus. Fenêtres condamnées en salle d´eau et wc. Pas de bouilloire en chambre, ni en réception à emprunter. Ménage à revoir: beaucoup de cheveux dans les WC, poussières dans les étagères et un chouchou oublié dans une étagère. Pas de wifi mais réseau ok en 4 et 5g. Mal insonorisé dans le couloir (portes qui claquent fort et verrous bruyants). En demi-pension les repas étaient plutôt bons. Avec assez de choix. Par contre revoir la cuisson viande et pâtes souvent trop cuites. Pizzas et tartiflettes bonnes. Couverts souvent sales. Equipe d´animation et staff au top, toujours souriants et dynamiques. Animations de qualité. Salle de sport ok mais mal ventilée. Salle de spectacle agréable mais mal ventilée, il faisait toujours trop chaud pendant les spectacles. Club enfants super (3-5ans pour cet avis), notre petite était trop contente d´y aller. Équipe adorable. Le club est à 5mn à pied du centre. Belles balades.

une première fois au Club au top !

Au delà du site magnifique et très calme, l'accueil et la gentillesse de l'ensemble du personnel font que nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Mention spéciale 5 étoiles ++ à Leïla ( à l'animation, fitness et qui accompagnait la petite rando du mercredi matin ) qui est une véritable perle, empathique, drôle et bourrée d'énergie, c'est une très belle personne. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux, les repas du soir très bons et variés, nombreuses entrées au choix idem pour les fromages et desserts. Les chambres sont spacieuses, la salle de bain est plus petite et un peu vétuste, mais fonctionnelle. La literie est de très bonne qualité et nous avons très bien dormi car le complexe est très calme. Au plaisir de renouveler l'expérience ! Daniel et Isabelle ( les amoureux des bancs publics ! )

Aucun suivi de votre part, j'ai appelé toute une après midi vos services pour faire un changement de destination, personne ne s'est occupé de moi, jamais la même personne au téléphone, des personnes étrangères qui ne maitrise pas correctement le Français, il a fallu que je gère directement avec BELAMBRA qui eux ont vite trouvé une solution Pour votre info mais vous vous en fichez surement je n'ai pas été au Gourette mais aux Ménuires grâce à BELAMBRA mais surtout pas grâce à vous Je trouve inadmissible la façon dont vous traitez vos clients Je ne passerai plus jamais par hotels.com
