Cozy Apartment for 4, 2 Sleeping Areas, Calm Location in Eaux-Bonnes

You enter this cozy apartment via a small walkway (this walkway can be snowy in winter; a shovel is available for tenants to clear the snow). A first bedroom welcomes you with a 160/200 cm bed, a second sleeping area with a 140/190 cm bed and a wardrobe.
Going down the stairs, you enter the living room with a corner bench seat, television (TV reception is spotty; the agency will not be responsible for poor TV reception), a relaxing armchair, and a dining area. The wood-burning stove is prohibited.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, Senseo coffee maker and filter coffee maker, microwave, raclette grill, and everything you need for cooking.
The bathroom has a shower, a sink with a vanity unit, and a washing machine.
The toilet is separate.
Pets are not allowed.

Séjour agréable au calme, par contre il n’y a pas de lumière dans l’escalier pour descendre dans la pièce de vie, c’est un peu dangereux. Sinon parfait.
