View was great, no a/c and room was stuffy, room was not ready til hour and a half after check-in time

Great hotel, clean rooms. Perfect location in walking distance to town!!

Quaint old building, but comfortable. No breakfast. Shared bathrooms and shower.

Nice clean home like Inn. Great food great service

The staff did everything with a smile. The house restaraunt was fabulous as was the view of the ocean from our table.

Unique lodging in historic building was inviting, clean, and with a fantastic view. Private. The staff was more than accommodating to all requests. A truly delightful stay and I will definitely return.

Cute hotel with nice view and area to sit by water outside. Only thing is the floor cracks loudly and doors easily slam shut waking up each other in nearby small rooms.

Check in was ok but I had to lift my luggage up a staircase of about 20-25 narrow steep stairs. The room was very very small, with old furniture but still wasn't to disappointed. No TV. You can hear everyone upstairs, next door and in the hall. You hear lots of talks by laughing and I could hear folks upstairs every time they turned over in bed. If not enough then each time someone uses shower or toilet in hall that you share you hear that noise as well. Finally if that's not enough they placed me in a room where they were doing construction on a porch just outside my window. So while I'm trying to read, watch a movie in my computer or take a nap I hear, laughter, drills, talking, hammers, boards dropping and so on.. the weather out was cold, raining, windy. Neither whale watching tour was going out. No good weather for a hike, not much to see in the two or three shops in town. Not good for hiking, to cold to swim, so noisy not good just to read or watch a movie and overall not worth the trip.

Pros: Staff was extremely accommodating due to a last minute party size change in my part. Great location right across from a bay. Walking distance to many shops, restaurants, grocery. However, the town closes down very early. Cons: Some of the room decor could use a quick coat of paint. It may be that they are going for "rustic" but then the rest of the room should match. Because the overall effect came off as dingy. Shower had horrible pressure. Mouse in the ceiling of the closet making lots of noise all night. We didn't try their restaurant so I can't comment on it other than it has a spectacular view. Overall this was a nice stay and I would stay there again.

Everything was old. Felt dirty. Terrible room darkining. Lights right outside my room.

Thank you for staying at the Outlook Inn during your recent visit to Orcas. Our beautiful September weather invites opening windows to let in the sea air but unfortunately slams doors as well! We hope to see you again soon. Griffin
