Orchard House

The Orchard House is a beautiful 2024 tiny home located on a 7 acre fruit farm on Beautiful Orcas Island Washington. This home is priced for 2 but can sleep 4 (for an additional fee) with a bedroom downstairs and a loft upstairs. The downstairs bedroom features an electric fireplace to add to the coziness. Should you choose to add the loft, a blowup bed, sheets, blankets and pillows will be provided. The full kitchen features a farmhouse sink, propane stove/oven, refrigerator, toaster, coffeemaker, with all dishes, cookware and utensils provided, coffee and tea also provided. The house also contains a full size bathroom with a walk in shower, (linens provided) on demand hot water, a heat pump for heating and A/C and WiFi. Fresh farm grown fruit and flowers will be provided for our guests in season,
Outside you will find a private deck with a propane fireplace and bbq, you can also enjoy relaxing in our apple orchard. We are conveniently located 5 miles from the ferry and another 5 miles to the village. Explore numerous hiking trails, swimming in Moran State park lakes, kayaking, whale watching and more.
During the quieter season this cottage is the perfect place to relax with a good book and a warm beverage. The village is home to unique shops, restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops and our favorite bookstore.
Guests can expect to find free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a kitchen, a patio, and a refrigerator. Change of towels is available on request.
