Amazing Property
The location and property were exactly what we were looking for. We were pleasantly surprised that we were on our favorite street to stay on when in this area. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Great communication. Easy check in/out process. Close to everything. Property is even nicer that the photos. Highly recommend!

Wonderful!
House is beautiful and spacious! Close proximity to St.George Island and Apalachicola is perfect. Pool is amazing. View is breathtaking. We were able to watch dolphins from the deck in the mornings. Several of the family went kayaking and the dolphins swam right along beside them. My son-in-law is an avid fisherman. He used the kayak and caught some amazing fish and even had two Manatee come up out of the water right beside his kayak.

Everything We Hoped For and More
As you drive in it's a beautiful property with tropical plants and trees, some blooming, all nicely maintained. Check in went without a hitch. There are stairs to enter the house.
Once in we were pleased with the spaciousness and nice furnishings in the main living area. The outdoor deck, off of the living room had nice seating and a beautiful view of the bay, with palm trees and the sparkling clean pool included. The home was immaculately clean everywhere.
We had basically everything we needed and more when it came to outdoor amenities, we had pool toys and floaties, plenty of seating around the pool, 3 kayaks, bicycles, fishing gear, boogie boards, a beach canopy, a gas grill, and I'm sure I'm leaving something out.
We caught sail catfish right off the backyard, in the bay, and saw dolphins swim by several times, once I saw a pod of at least 7 dolphins feeding right in front of the house. St. George Island is right across the bridge where you can access public beaches and the State Park Beach which is pristine with very few people. Cross the other bridge and you're in Apalachicola, a super fun old Florida town with breweries, restaurants, fish markets and lots of shops. Oysters here are known to be the best.
We were missing a few kitchen items and our host responded immediately. We come to this area almost every year and I highly recommend Magnolia Bluffs!
