Lovingly appointed 4 bedroom, 2 bath Eastham home with beautifully updated kitchen is situated just a short drive down a dirt road. Close proximity to National Seashore Beaches -Nauset Light Beach, Coast Guard Beach and just over a mile from the Cape Cod Rail Trail. Enter this comfortable and calming home through the sun-filled living room.
The fully outfitted kitchen has an open floor plan to the dining area that comfortably seats 8. Enjoy your morning coffee, or an afternoon respite on the backyard sun porch that is right off the kitchen. Down the hall on the first floor you'll find a full bath, one Queen bedroom and one Single bedroom.
The second floor offers one Queen bedroom to one side, a Queen bedroom plus one Single bed to the other side. Between the two is the second full bath. Additional living space, Laundry and Gym are found in the lower level.
The lovingly cared for yard is a gardeners delight offering privacy, a hammock for relaxation, babbling rock/water feature and seating to enjoy an evening around the firepit.
