Wonderful Week in Eastham

We spent a wonderful week at this clean and beautifully decorated home. The house was well equipped with kitchen essentials and beach equipment. The short walk to the beach, the very nice and private deck and the outdoor shower made our stay very enjoyable. The check-in/check-out process was very easy as well as communication with the owner. We would definitely return and hope to in the future.

This is a very nice property. Very clean and well taken care of, great location 5-10 minutes from many great restaurants and many nice beaches, great communication with the property owner, very nicely appointed and was very comfortable for our group of 6 people. Also has a nice deck on the back with nice foliage and trees on all sides that provides good privacy from the neighboring properties. Plenty of beach chairs and towels are at the property for use, and the kids loved the comfortable basement with huge TV as a place to chill out after a long day in the sun. Great place to stay on a private road with a private beach a short walk a way!

Eastham Cape CodBeach House

My wife and I recently stayed at this lovely Eastham Cape Cod Beach property and had a fantastic experience. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we could possibly need. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen and BBQ area were fully equipped, making it easy to cook our meals. The location was perfectly situated in a quiet neighborhood that is walking distance to private bay beaches, and a quick drive to the Cape Cod National Sea Shore, local restaurants and shops. The hosts, Lisa and Dave, were very responsive and provided great recommendations for local restaurants and activities. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like the welcome basket and the detailed brochure. The outdoor space and outdoor shower was a real highlight. We loved spending our evenings on the deck below the awning, enjoying the peaceful and bucolic surroundings. This property truly felt like a home away from home. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable beach vacation.

Perfect Beach Getaway

My friends and I were so impressed as soon as we walked in the front door! A/C was running at a comfortable temperature, the house smelled clean and was tidy. The space was enough for 5 adults with an enjoyable back deck with awning cover. The proximity to the beach in this quiet neighborhood is just what we were looking for. Very welcoming house and home.

Perfect Cape rental

This Cape Cod rental is perfect. Extraordinary clean. Well stocked with everything you could need. Spacious layout but still cozy. Beds are very comfortable. Quiet private road with secluded yard. An easy walk to beach access. Absolutely no complaints. Perfect for a family getaway. Would definitely rent again.
