External utility room with tumble dryer and washing machine (shared with other properties on-site). Front patio with barbecue. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. . Unwind in the fresh air and take in the views of the Downs from this quaint, one-bedroom self-catering flint cottage, which is located just outside the Georgian walled garden. Alternately, enter the walled garden and select some fresh food for supper! There is no need to drive; you may begin walking right from your cottage.
