This house has a very cozy, unique bedroom setup! Each bedroom is themed to bring the natural beauty of the Poconos indoors - lots of greenery and nature-inspired accent pieces. On the top floor, you will find one bedroom with a king bed, and another with a queen bed, both of which share a full bathroom. On the middle level, right off of the living space is a third bedroom with a queen bed and a full attached bathroom. The entire bottom floor has been converted into a master suite (yes, there is a door at the top of the stairs to keep this space completely private). This master suite is equipped with a king bed, smart TV, lounge area, washer/dryer, a full private bathroom, and even a private entrance specifically for this suite.. Of course, it is also surrounded by panoramic views of the beautiful surrounding forest.

☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆
There are three full bathrooms in this home; one on each floor. The bottom floor bathroom is private to the master suite only. The main floor bathroom is shared by the living space & also has direct access by the one bedroom on this floor. The third floor bathroom is shared by the two bedrooms.

The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances & direct access to the private patio & screened-in porch. It comes fully equipped with kitchen essentials (including a Keurig & coffee pods). Adjacent to the kitchen is the full dining room with enough seating for 8. Both of these spaces are beautifully designed & open up to the large, lofty living area.

The stunning living room is surrounded by walls of windows to truly bring the outdoors inside. On the flip side, if you would like to listen to the nature and enjoy the view while staying enclosed away from the bugs, feel free to relax in the screened in porch, which also provides panoramic views of the serene nature surrounding the home. The outdoor space here is truly incredible!

GUEST ACCESS
When you stay in this home, you have the entire space to yourself. You can park in the private driveway and will be given a key code for contactless entry into the home. Feel free to use all of the amenities, including the washer and dryer, high-speed wifi, bathroom essentials, and helpful info about the local area.

This amazing home is located near all of the hiking and natural attractions that the Poconos have to offer. Tucked in the gated community of Penn Estates, this home is central to all of the outdoor recreation in the area. As a guest here you have lake and pool access during the summer. This home is also minutes from the shops and restaurants in Downtown Stroudsburg.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Pet Fee: $50 per pet per night, maximum of 4 pets (vaccination records required).

Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.

This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind.

Our home is situated within a gated community, it's a requirement for guests to fill out the Guest Registration Form. This helps ensure that the community remains secure, as the HOA needs to monitor who enters. It's a standard procedure aimed at enhancing safety for all residents and guests.
