The stay was amazing here, it’s so beautiful, welcoming, cozy, easy access in a gated community, and everything was very clean. We found minor uncleanliness but overall was good. The hot tub water was crystal clear. I would defiently book it again. 10/10. Thank you!

The location in Strasburg is great, but unfortunately, our stay had several frustrating issues that really took away from the overall experience.First, we were only given the house address, with no instructions on how to access the property. It turns out you have to go through the main gate, which is located at a completely different address. There are three gates—one of them is locked—and no one informed us which to use. We wasted over an hour driving back and forth trying to figure it out, and when we finally got to the correct entrance, we had to wait in a long line just to get the pass issued and to finally get in.Once inside the house, we found that the garbage cans under the kitchen sink were full of trash left behind by the previous guests, and we had to clean them ourselves. The bathroom on the first floor was also not clean, which was disappointing, second floor bathroom also had dust and someone's hair. To make matters worse, the coffee can was completely empty—there wasn’t even enough for one cup. One big positive was the hot tub—it was clean, well-maintained, and definitely the highlight of the property.However, on the morning of checkout, at around 9:30 a.m., a car parked across the street and someone sat inside watching us until we left at 10:00 a.m. It felt very uncomfortable.Overall, the place has potential, but the lack of clear instructions, cleanliness issues, and uncomfortable checkout experience really affected our stay.
