Property was very well equipped with activities for all ages/pets. Mattresses are newer. We arrived to a 40⁰ house and 2 logs. No access to rest of wood. Property contact unable to provide correct combo to get more. Took entirety of first night to warm up house/our bodies. Had to make sure pipes hadn't frozen. Stench of old cigarettes/mold from the leaking roof and/or leaking fridge hit us like a wall upon entry. Spent a lot of time coughing/sneezing. Had to go buy kitchen sponge because the only one there had hair/chunks.6 actual plates. 6 more plastic plates and bowls. Chose not to stay in hotel for kitchen. Cant heat up plastic. No fans work - batteries are dead/not in remotes with no back up. Living room fan stuck on. Hard when 40⁰ in house. Couldn't enjoy firepit without wood either. Rusty water spilled on my slippers before ruining my girls dresses for wedding we attended. Back to store to buy iron. Cobwebs in every corner. Towels are tiny (2x3 max)/very old. No doors on showers, so water gets out, contributing to smell. Practically looked at towel hook and it fell out of the wall. Food dripped down cabinets and dirt/food in freezer. A lot could easily be improved with a new cleaning company, 200 and knowledge of the property you're renting out. Not sure how to fix the pungent smell.
