Home away from Home at East Stroudsburg PA

Nick was a superb property manager who was extremely prompt and helpful with his responses. I arrived at 1:40am in the morning after being on the road for 24 hours getting from one destination to the other. We approached the check in desk only to encounter an individual who displayed no qualities in customer service. She was rude and borderline obnoxious. Suffice to say our first impression was not great. The property however was exactly what we expected.

Everything we needed

Clean, very well organized, easy to find everything- they thought of everthing you might need away from home! Neighborhood was quiet with easy walking to the lake, pool and playground close by. Owner was very prompt in replying to my few questions during our stay. Our kids loved the gameroom.
