Very good location with a beautiful view of Edinburgh Castle. However, you get what you pay for. Room is TINY. Just enough room for the bed and the restroom reminds me of an airplane bathroom. Literally. Overall if you just need somewhere to sleep for a low price, this is a good place.

We cannot say enough about the Princess Street Suites. They met and exceeded all expectations. Clean, safe, quiet, convenient, helpful, accommodating, friendly, and on and on.

Only thing I did not like was my flat was in the basement. Had I known this before I would have asked for different room or stayed elsewhere.
Very clean and comfortable and easy to get around. A little further from the sights that I thought but still able to walk to Royal Mile, Hollyrood House, and Castle.
Lots of restaurants int he are as well.

Stunning property, comfortable and close to restaurants, public transportation. The staff are amazing , so helpful and kind . Our room a Grand Suite was so lovely . Truly a home away from home . Will stay here again when we go back to Edinburgh!
