With amenities like an outside terrace, outdoor shower and beach gear provided, guests can spend a wonderful day enjoying local beaches and a relaxing evening on the terrace with a glass of their favorite beverage.The 3 bathrooms offer a bathtub and shower for added convenience. The large terrace supports al fresco dinning with a table for 8. Fall in love with East Hampton and enjoy the magic it has to offer. The owner does occupy a basement apartment with a separate entrance and no involvement with the 4 bedroom house or gardens.
