Immaculate two story 4 bedroom home sits high above and across from Three Mile Harbor on a quiet cul-de-sac. Enjoy water views from some 2nd Floor bedrooms. Open conversation areas with 3 giant comfortable couches along with 2 fireplaces create an excellent atmosphere for entertaining. There is a pool, deck and porch for fresh air fun. A short walk from East Hampton Marina and Springs best restaurants, and very close to the best bay beaches in Springs.
