Conveniently located to Sammy’s Beach, Three Mile Harbor, Cedar Point Park and to town. The open layout is bright with three bedrooms, and two baths: one with Jacuzzi tub and shower. Open living with cathedral ceilings and fireplace is bright with all new appliances, CAC, and furniture. The outside area is secluded and perfect for entertaining with attached garage, 20’x40’ pool with extensive bi-level decking with gas grill, multiple patio dining and lounging areas with full-sun, outdoor shower, and fire pit.
