Escape to your own private Sussex retreat. Tucked beside Ashdown Forest, Little Rozel combines nature, comfort and luxury — with a swim spa, hot tub, private garden and peaceful countryside views. Perfect for couples, small families or anyone wanting to switch off, recharge and still stay connected with fast WiFi and easy access to town.

The space
The space is designed for comfort and flexibility.

The kitchen is fully equipped for proper meals, with an island that cleverly extends into a dining table seating four. The house has a smart TV, selection of books and lots of board games (more available on request).

Outside, the swim spa, hot tub, outdoor sofa, seating area, and BBQ make this a beautiful place to retreat.

Upstairs, a king-size bed with Egyptian cotton sheets and a memory foam mattress sits on a mezzanine. Downstairs, a pull-down memory foam double bed (being installed mid June sofa bed available on request beforehand) creates a very comfortable easy second sleeping space without losing the living space.

You’ll have fast Starlink WiFi if you need to stay connected, plus a washer-dryer for longer stays. The property is within walking distance of town but feels completely removed, peaceful, private, and surrounded by nature, with deer often seen in the fields from the upstairs window.

For families, a cot and high chair are available on request.

Please note the mezzanine is not full head height and is about 1.5m at highest point. This is accessed by a staircase with half-treads and may not be suitable for everyone.

Please note we do not accept parties, and quiet hours are 9pm-8am and the hot tub can only be used until 10pm to ensure the noise levels remain low for neighbours.
