Located on a quiet dead end street, the house is steps from Great Bay where you can find a quiet spot for your beach chair or launch your kayak or paddle board. The porch and main upstairs bedroom have views of the Bay. You can also view the ocean from the upstairs. Down stairs the dining room, living room and porch are all connected in an open floor plan. completing the downstairs is a bedroom with a queen bed. a full bath and kitchen. The back door from the kitchen leads to the outdoor patio and back yard. Upstairs the large bedroom has a double bed, one bedroom has a single and the fourth bedroom has 2 single beds. The fourth bedroom does not have a closet. Occupancy is 7 people. Parking is limited to 3 cars. Property manager lives across street. Any changes to occupancy or parking must be approved by the owner in advance.
