Didn’t like the say. Will stay at anther hotel next time I viste

Everything was great except the beach. There was so much seaweed and the water was really murky. Not good for swimming or snorkeling. Luckily there were other place fairly close to snorkel.

Everyone was absolutely wonderful!! Resort was wonderfully maintained and clean. Please add full ingredients to meals. I accidentally ordered something I was allergic to, luckily I noticed before I consumed it. It was corrected immediately and without a problem.

We visited the Reef Resort for our honeymoon. We stayed for 5 nights and had a blast. First impression was beautiful views and clean spacious room with private deck facing the Caribbean Sea. The staff were amazing. Excellent attentative bartenders, especially Nas, Michelle, and Tony! Never had an emtpy glass. Food was great for all inclusive. Had a big breakfast buffet spread every morning and themed dinners each night. The east end is very quiet, which is great during the day when you want to relax on the beach, but they could have had better nightly entertainment. The only offputting moment was when concierge tried to sell us a timeshare unit literally 5 minutes after we checked in, found it a little overbearing. Other than that would defintely recommend and would go back in a second!

The hotel has great access to the beach and is well kept. The dining leaves something to be desired. On more than one occasion, I could not eat the food I had ordered, and I am not a picky eater. The staff was very apologetic when food was inedible, but did nothing to accommodate me. In fact, when I ordered a dessert that was nothing like the description of what I ordered, the waitress was very good at suggesting a replacement item and quickly taking away the other item. When I received my bill, I was taken aback to see that I was charged for both items. Overall, I had an enjoyable stay, the weather was perfect, but I don't think that I would go back to this resort.

Dear Anonymous, Thank you for your review and for choosing the Wyndham Reef Resort for your recent vacation. There are many unpredictable weather patterns at play globally at the moment – some with devastating results. Regrettably, weather is the one thing we are unable to control and Mother Nature has had some impact. The Caribbean in general including the Cayman Islands are currently experiencing a higher level of Seaweed flowing into our shores than usual. This happens sporadically throughout the year. Ongoing daily clean-up of the beach is increased during the occasional heavy influx of Sargassum by the resort team.
