Upon arriving at the property there was a sign that clearly stated check in began at 3 pm. It was definitely after 3 pm, I was notified that my room was not ready yet. We proceeded with the check in process and I was charged an additional $50.00 incidental fee that "will come off in 5 days after you check out." I was called after 4:30 pm to let me know that my room was ready. By that time, we were heading back to more baseball games so we were unable to check in to our room until after 8 pm. We checked out at 8:07 am. I booked a room with refrigerator and microwave and our room did not have a microwave. The pool was inoperable, and I feel that should have been noted somewhere prior to booking. I feel that the cleaning of the room was rushed and not very efficient. Under other circumstances, it may have been ok, but this time I was unhappy with the overall experience.

Everything was good. The bathroom was arranged in an odd way though to where there is absolutely no elbow room for the toilet.. lol.. literally, your arm has to rest on the toilet paper rack , it was extremely odd, but amusing.
I was needing a place to stay during a long drive that took me through Brownwood. The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was quiet and comfortable. Very clean. The free breakfast was very good with many choices of both hot and cold items. I will stay here when making that road trip again.

Our room was very nice, we enjoyed our stay there. The young lady that checked me in was not very friendly. That was the only thing I found wrong.
my family arrived at approx. 11:00pm at nite and someone was there to greet us with a smile. The hotel was quite and clean. Breakfast the next morning was great. I would strongly recommend.
Everything was nice except part of the coffee pot was missing, the filter basket to be exact. Also, the remote was broken, literally...it was in two pieces. I don't quite understand how the maid who tidied the room could not have noticed the broken remote and the incomplete coffee pot.
The room was nice. The staff was courteous. If there is anything that would make it better, it would be to add bath gel to the complimentary bathroom condiments.
