Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave all towels and linens in a pile in the bathroom floor. Clean all dishes. If grill was used, ensure the grill was cleaned - cleaner is under the kitchen sink. Please remove all food & beverages.
Turn off all lights. Set AC to 78 in the summer. Set heat to 65 in the winter.
Please place all trash in the green trash can located by the gate. Please make sure the door is locked, and the gate is locked. Text me when you leave 325-647-0355.

This was a perfect little getaway! The seclusion was awesome! The space was adorable, and the hot tub was amazing under the string lights on the front porch. Would definitely go back!

Adorable property! We enjoyed sitting in the porch and watching the deer. So cozy, secluded and tucked in the trees you don’t even know you’re in town. Host was easy to get ahold of and prompt to answer. We can’t wait to stay again.

Hot tub was really nice. The only thing I might add is it would be great to have a hook to hang clothing. FYI, the center support block under the bed fell off in the night. we put it back under but it really needs to be screwed into the wood for it to be secure. Also, a chimenea would be nice on the porch. I would stay there again. Great place!

What a little gem in Early, TX! It was super quiet, and the sweet deer that would come to the feeder were an added bonus. Although I didn’t have time to sit on the porch or use the hot tub, it was a perfect little set up.
