Our room was VERY small, and our shower did not drain properly. I was traveling with my mom and it was a tight squeeze with both our suitcases- we only had one each. There was also no mini-fridge in the room, so we had to throw out some of our food the next day that couldn't be refrigerated. The breakfast spread in the morning (6 Euro) was very nice, and they also included a transit pass that could be used in the city for 24 hours. The proximity to the train station made it very convenient, about 5-7 minutes. You can also walk to the waterfront and shopping areas in a reasonable amount of time.

The hotel itself is slightly below average and would have gotten a 2 or 3 but the guy at the reception was very rude to us when we made a very simple request and even threatened to kick us out. I could understand why he didn’t want to grant us our request but getting aggressive was a very unprofessional thing to do. We changed hotel the same day.

+ Hotel location is very convenient around 5 minutes walk from Dusseldorf central station + Great value for money specially if you are during fairs as prices in dusseldorf could easily shoot + convenient stores nearby - Peep show near the hotel so obviously not the best pick if you are with your kids - Rooms are very compact - Breakfast is average

Zero sound can easily hear the snoring of you neighbour. My flight was early in the morning and the breakfast is served from seven am.I was at the lobby at 6.45.eveything was set up for the breakfast and they didn't allow us to be served.I stay at this hotel three days ,I pay 330 euro per night due to Medica exhibition

Was here for the exhibition and I reckon that the location here is good (there are many other hotels in the region). The rooms are are extremely small. The only window that is in the room is right in front of a ladder that you don't feel secure at night. The hot water comes after 5 mins and they only provide 2 small satchels of shampoo / body wash. The ultimate was when my colleagues and I checked out to realise that we have been billed Euro 9 per day per pax. It adds up to Euro 162 for the same old same old. Most hotels serve the simple breakfast complimentary or as part of the room charge because we paid quite a fair bit for the room. But not this hotel. The receptionist even said their breakfast is good which I would say it is normal good but to eat it for 6 days? I told them to put themselves in our shoes. Waste of stomach space. If you want good location there are plenty of others. If you want unpleasant shocks welcome to Central Düsseldorf Hotel. Our trip here could have been so much better!

The hotel is cituated only 15 minutes walk from the old town. But you can also use the free ov-card. Rooms small but clean. It was noisy from other guest arriving at night. On the 3th floor it is non smoking. So no bad smell here. The surrounding is a bit outdated.

You could hardly find a better price-value ratio than here, the location is fantastic, in walking distance to the train station. I had a large enough rooms, with a very stylish bathroom, everything, including the WiFi functioned properly, and the staff is very friendly, I will definitely come again.

For the location that it's in (the city centre) we felt quite uncomfortable being surrounded by X-rated shops and live shows. The room itself was pretty basic but had translucent glass sliding doors to the bathroom which was odd! There was no air con as well which meant the room was very hot. Staff weren't particularly polite either.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The big downside for me was that the hotel is in a very unsafe street (especially in the dark). The receptionist advised me better not to walk down the street in the evening as there were too many migrants who have nothing to loose and rob you. Although the hotel is a good budget hotel, friendly staff etc I would not return- purely because of its location.

I and my boyfriend, we stayed here only for a night (Sept 19-20 2015). Location: The location of the hotel was really great!!! It was only about 10-15 minutes walking to the Dusseldorf Central Rail Station. Located in the main road so it was very easy to get taxi or tram or bus. Well, I don't know if it is necessary or not but the hotel was located next to sex shop :P. Room: Well, what can you expect from a budget hotel that has a good location?? The room was good nothing really special like expensive or luxury hotels nearby. We had a room with the view of the street. We asked for double bed but yeah we had twin bed put together as one but it was fine for us. The mattress was okay. The wifi connection was excellent. Bathroom: The bathroom looks so old. Small but fine for couple days. Receptionist: Fast checked in/out. The front door was opened by the receptionist from inside. The receptionist gave us two free transport ticket that could be used for public transportation such as bus or tram during our stay and even after we checked out we could still use it until midnight. Really helpful receptionist. Other: During the night we could hear some drunken people on the street throughout our room. Overall, this is a good hotel for budget and short trip! ;)
