Did not stay in Salisbury due to recent (more) poisonings in this city. Advised not to go and did not go. Communication with hotel not good, no response to cancelation request.

The hotel was quiet and clean - modern and comfortable. we were only a few minutes from Stonehenge and into Amesbury town for meals etc. The staff was exceptionally helpful with directions and at check-in. we got a great price - we had booked 3 rooms as we were 6 people in a family travelling - everyone enjoyed the hotel very much.
Staff was great. Hotel was very nice. We had a hard time finding the hotel. We plugged Amesbury in the GPS and started on our way. Once we got close I tried to search for Holiday Inn near my destination and it is not in the GPS systems yet. So just make sure you have that address, so you don't have to stop in the middle of the night and ask some stranger on the side of the road. It is the closest Hotel to Stonehenge and very nice! Definitely should stay there. Not to bad of price either if you book online.
