Hotel Alion
3/5 Okay
"The hotel was basic but beds very comfy. clean sheets changed once towels a few times then we didn't have a clean I had to ask for a cleaner to clean it . Hot water plenty shower good we did have a bath mat then the last 3 days no mat water every where as the toilet is on the back wall of the shower so always wet. the room 109 was facing the street no sun at all I called it the Bronx side very noisey at night shouting m/bikes fireworks. If you face that side your sleep will be disturbed The room never had a balcony a small julet one we couldnt get the air con to work a fridge in the room that stays on but take the card out you have no electric but thats normal . The otherside of the building faced the beach sunny and warm where you have breakfast good choices of food. Staff didn't speak much reception staff didn't know a lot. On the beach were cabanas double mattresses they were stained but ok take yr towel to lie on hassle from traders also beggars allowed onto the beach only 2 plug sockets by the bed nowhere to hang anything only in the wardrobe a few hangers no hooks a kettle 2 glasses no cups no spoons no socket by the kettle. Take it to the bedside cabinet Tv that did show American films. Weather fantastic. It was very very basic would I return to Alion no I dont think so. The people were friendly and helpful out on the main road plenty of shops restaurants close by nice place."
