Try different foods and craft beer, hang out by the fire pits, then retire to your 2nd floor suite with king size bed, livingroom/tv area, private bath, and coffee/microwave/fridge area. Easy walk to and from UNH and downtown. This central location also allows easy driving (or train!) access to the White Mountains and NH/ME/MA Seacoast. A one-of-a-kind lodging experience!

Our suites are located within a historic but updated building. This is a newly renovated space, so everything is new! The decor has a fresh seacoast vibe, is uncluttered, and offers everything most travelers would need.
