Beautiful modern villa with pool, garden, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a guest toilet on the ground floor. Large windows to the pool, barbecue area with table to eat outside in the garden. Nice living/dining room with fireplace and air-conditioning, heating throughout the house. Two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with bunk beds and a double sofa bed. Living room with incredible mountain views, master bedroom with full en-suite bathroom and a family bathroom on the first floor. Parking is possible inside the property under the pergola.
It is in a very quiet area, very close to the motorway, 30 mins from the Costa Tropical, 30 mins from Granada and 50 mins from the ski resort of Sierra Nevada.
The pool will be available in the summer months (ask for opening and closing dates). We supply firewood in the winter months, not included in the rent.ESFCTU00001801100086493500000000000000VTAR/GR/029759
