Perfect for families or peaceful group getaways, the chalet combines rustic charm with high-end comfort. Highlights include a private sauna, whirlpool bath, and a spacious walk-in shower for a relaxing wellness experience. Centrally located near Barvaux, Durbuy, La Roche-en-Ardenne, and Marche-en-Famenne, it's ideal for cycling, hiking, and savoring local cuisine and Belgian beer. The chalet features a wraparound wooden terrace that feels like a classic American porch, perfect for lounging in sun or shade. A recreation room with billiards and table football, a petanque court, and a covered seating area offer fun for all. Children can safely enjoy the playground with slide, while adults relax and take in the peaceful surroundings. Due to the tranquil setting, the home is not rented to groups of youngsters.

La Coccinelle ist ein wunderbares Ferienhaus für eine große Gruppe. Sehr geräumig! Eine erstklassige Küche mit einem schönen, großen Herd und kompletter Ausstattung! Viele geräumige Schlafzimmer und Spielbereiche drinnen und draußen, dazu ein schöner Doppeltisch, an dem jeder bequem Platz findet und gemeinsam essen kann. Auch der Außenbereich ist hervorragend. Leider war der Geschirrspüler kaputt. Er wurde zwar überprüft, funktionierte aber nicht, sodass wir das ganze Wochenende für acht Personen von Hand spülen mussten… Ich kann mir vorstellen, dass es toll war und immer noch ist, aber: Wir mussten für die Nutzung des Whirlpools extra bezahlen: 15 Euro pro Tag. Wir haben unseren Müll das ganze Wochenende über ordentlich getrennt, und bei unserer Abreise warf der Vermieter/Eigentümer alles, inklusive Glas, in den Restmüllcontainer… Das Haus ist laut; man hört alles voneinander, daher sind gute Ohrstöpsel empfehlenswert. Der letzte Minuspunkt neben dem bereits erwähnten Geschirrspüler war, dass der Vermieter/Eigentümer schon um 9:30 Uhr morgens auf dem Grundstück auf und ab ging. Wir packten gerade die letzten Sachen zusammen, um wie vereinbart um 10:00 Uhr abzureisen. Das hat mich wirklich genervt. Aufgrund der genannten Punkte ist es nur „gut“ statt „fantastisch“. Trotzdem möchte ich es erwähnen, aber wegen des ganzen Ärgers im Vorfeld werde ich Belvilla nicht wieder buchen. Zum Schluss wurden wir aber von der Dame herzlich empfangen, die uns alles verständlich erklärte.

Er was zeker voldoende plaats. Maar het verblijf was enorm verouderd. De keukenkasten hingen scheef en waren amateuristisch herstelt ( met plakband ). Eén van de ovens was niet veilig in orde. De vloer kraakte enorm ( als je 's nachts naar het toilet moest, werd iedereen wakker door het gekraak van de vloer ). Zeker geen aanrader voor die prijs ( ik durf het zelfs diefstal noemen).

Vor der Abreise eine klare, klärende E-Mail von den Eigentümern erhalten, bei der Ankunft vom Gastgeber gut aufgenommen (begrenzt niederländisch, aber sein Bestes gegeben) Das Chalet ist mit allem Luxus ausgestattet und alle Notwendigkeiten sind vorhanden (Kühl- / Gefrierschrank, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine usw. Billardtisch, Kickertisch und andere Spiele füllen die Abende. Das Chalet braucht hier und da kleinere Reparaturen und hat einen knarrenden Boden, was abends oder nachts störend sein kann. Alles in allem ein schönes Chalet.

Sehr schönes Chalet, großes Wohnzimmer, moderne Bäder, diverse Spiele. Auf der anderen Seite zwei negative Punkte: der Garten, der hintere Teil ist unpassierbar und der vordere Teil war im Bau, von wo aus ein Graben, Erdhügel, nicht sehr fröhlich für das kleine Kind damit die Aussicht haben! Dann werden die Laken in der Regel entweder vom Eigentümer angeboten oder der Mieter kann mit seinen eigenen kommen. Seien Sie jedoch verpflichtet, für Bettwäsche zu bezahlen. Nein !! Und wir dürfen nicht die Ausrede der Hygiene mit Covid nehmen
