Modern unit with a bright open plan kitchen that includes built in oven, gas and electric stoves, countertops and BIC's all newly renovated and well maintained.

Opening up to a spacious living area that can be separated into both a dinning and lounge area which leads out to a private balcony with views of the Point waterfront Harbour.

In addition to that this unit has two well sized bedrooms, having one of them downstairs that can occupy the elderly who can not go up and down the stairs everyday and one upstairs for an active soul.

Second bedroom has an en suite with both a shower, bathtub and a toilet. Fully fitted Built in cupboards which make up a walk in closet.

This unit has two parking bays which are accessed through an access card also having extra advantages to it like the shared pool area and cctv footage around the building for security.

Close to all Durban central amenities but situated in the safest part of Durban

Absolutely Mortified

Could not get hold of the owner. Eventually after 9pm she answered her phone, promised to make a plan to meet up and hand over keys, and then nene answered my calls from that day forward So NO I did not actually get to stay at the place and I want a complete refund as I now had to risk to find a place to stay late at night, with a child and dog in tow Explain that
