To recharge your batteries in the peace and quiet of nature, we offer you our comfortable gîte, air-conditioned rooms, spacious, suitable for 14 to 20 people, located in the Cahors wine vineyard in the Lot.
Private and enclosed swimming pool, ping-pong, pétanque, adult table football, swings, barbecue, board games, await you to relax. And to occupy your days: fishing 1km away, horse riding 5km away, canoeing 5km away, tennis 1km away, hiking and cycling on our beautiful greenway recently laid out 200m away.

Biker friends! (we are too) We have a shed for your motorcycles at your disposal. We are thinking of you to help you discover our rides on our beautiful roads of Quercy! The most beautiful sites (40 km around) between Lot, Dordogne and Lot et Garonne, Tarn et Garonne (Rocamadour, Sarlat, Padirac chasm Shelters, provided for your motorcycles and maintenance.

In our village of 900 inhabitants, you can do your shopping at our local shops on foot or by bike (1km) without feeling crowded.

A CLEANING PROTOCOL WILL BE PUT IN PLACE (on-site doctor, nurses, physiotherapist, osteopath in the village. EACH ROOM HAS ITS OWN BATHROOM AND TOILET

It is perfectly suited to spending a peaceful holiday with children, in the countryside near the farm animals and taking the time to healthily cook vegetables from the grandparents' garden that you will find on the farm accompanied by the property's Cahors wine.

Bon séjour entre amis !

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine au gîte de La Roseraie. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponibles (ils sont sur place). Nous avons apprécié la cuisine très bien équipée et la grande piscine, avec de nombreuses zones pour lézarder au calme et à l’ombre. Nous nous sommes régalés avec les tomates, les poivrons et les courgettes en provenance directe du potager de la mamie, situé derrière le gîte.

Nous avons avons passé un super week-end ! Nous étions 9 adultes et 9 enfants, la maison est très bien équipée, spacieuse, chaque chambre à sa sdb et toilettes. La piscine est vraiment agréableet l'accueil de Patricia et son mari excellent.

Séjour de rêve

Superbe séjour passé entre amis dans cette grande propriété de charme avec son coin piscine complètement sécurisé (accès clos) et très bien aménagé. Habitations bien aménagées, très fonctionnel, avec une très grande pièce de vie permettant de réunir tout le monde et de profiter complètement du séjour immense. Espaces extérieurs très agréables avec coin salon sous le meilleur coin d'ombre qui puisse être (parassol naturel créé par un marronnier magnifique offrant un espace ombragé immense). Équipements, jeux et piscine pour la plus grande joie des petits (et des plus grands aussi). Accueil et relation avec propriétaires des lieux excellents, d'une grande qualité, nous recommandons vivement ce petit coin de paradis.

Au calme, cette résidence est idéal pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis dans une région où il y a tant à visiter! Nous avons passé 1 semaine très agréable sous la bienveillance de nos hôtes . La piscine est parfaite pour se détendre le coin apéro à l’ombre est magnifique et le petit plus avec le superbe potager qui nous permet d’avoir des légumes frais et délicieux ! très bel endroit mais de nombreux dysfonctionnements

le lieu est superbe, mais les équipements sont vétustes : sanitaires et électroménager (le four est encrassé et ne cuit pas correctement, la cuisine et le frigo sont trop petits pour 14 personnes, poêles qui attachent, pas de batteur électrique, pas de grille pain, nous avons dû réclamer...pas de mode d'emploi du robot, impossible de le faire fonctionner) La propreté est aléatoire (nous avons refait toute la vaisselle en arrivant, la ligne d'eau de la piscine est jaune de crème, et les draps du lit de repos étaient couverts de taches de melon...et les mouches n'ont cessé de nous embêter) L'accueil était chaleureux, mais les propriétaires ont ensuite disparu. Pas d'état des lieux d'entrée, et pas d'état des lieux de sortie, pour autant le cheque de caution a été gardé en fin de séjour...)
