El Sol Sureño is a secure gated community, conveniently located just 10 minutes from Grantley Adams International Airport and equally close to Oistins, a popular town to sample local cuisine or fish fry. Famous Miami Beach is also just a short 10-minute drive away, making it perfect for a refreshing morning swim or a peaceful walk along the shore.

Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed with its own unique charm and comes equipped with both a fan and air conditioning for ultimate comfort. The Primary Bedroom has twin beds which can be converted into a king and has its own ensuite bathroom with tub/ shower and ample closet space. The second Bedroom has twin beds and a very close bathroom with tub/ shower.

Tenant Obligations

“To abide by the “Rules for Living at El Sol Sureno”, issued by the Condominium Management Board, a copy of which is appended to this agreement and forms part hereof, and to pay any fines which may be levied on the landlord as a result of a breach of the rules for living by the tenant or the tenant’s guests.”

Security deposit

US$500 Cash upon Arrival in an envelope OR pre-authorised on Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Any necessary deductions will be made for damages, breakages or additional cleaning.
