Our second time staying here and loved it again! Great location in the city, very friendly/helpful staff, enclosed free parking with a gate check, rooms are spacious and clean, and the Chedraui store right across the street is extremely convenient.

Stayed here for four days when visiting Durango and loved it! Very clean, super helpful staff, fully enclosed and gated parking lot that feels safe/secure with lots of parking available, BP gas station right at the entrance, a shopping center right across the street with a large grocery store some restaurants a movie theater. I love that it's relatively close to the city center without being right in the middle of it so it's still relaxing to come back to after a day of exploring and it's also a short drive to the airport. Will definitely stay here again whenever we are visiting Durango.

I like the location, not in the middle of the city, but 5 minutes diving from downtown. The facility NEEDS upkeep, the carper in the hallway and some furniture in the room is too old.

I liked the friendly staff. Every evening, a staff member would go room to room to offer an evening snack. The rooms were cleaned everyday. Check-in and check-out service was quick and easy. Will be staying here again.
We are Americans who spend the winter in Mazatlan,and we took some friends to Durango for the weekend.This was our third stay at the Victoria Express Durango, and we have been pleased with everything. The hotel is clean, the staff very friendly and helpful. The only negative from this stay is not the fault of the hotel. Not far from the hotel is a dance club that plays loud, techno type music all night, and I mean all night. I heard the "music" until six A.M. The music that I could hear was not especially loud in the hotel, but it was audible and very annoying. As much as we like this hotel and adjacent restaurant, this problem will probably keep us from returning. I really hope someone addresses this.
