Tiny Home with View on Mountainside

Welcome to Li'l Bit! Our 20 ft travel trailer/tiny home on 12 acres of secluded Ponderosa forest, only 20 minutes from Durango with a great view. Unplug from the world and still enjoy all the amenities of both indoor and outdoor shower with hot water, fully equipped kitchen with 3/4 sized refrig with freezer, Starlink wi-fi, propane fire pit and outdoor grill, and even a fenced-in area for your fur baby (up to 2 are welcome). The bed is a memory foam queen size with organic wool topper and is super comfy. Our guests are always greeted with a few cold beers and seltzers in the fridge, ice in the freezer, and locally roasted coffee with organic half and half for the French Press. There are no other homes visible from this site. It's all yours! Be warned, the tiny home is located at 8000 ft altitude, PLEASE HAVE A 4WD OR AWD - the last 1/2 mile of our road is VERY BUMPY. Also, the parking spot for the tiny home is about 200 ft away, so be prepared to carry whatever you need.
This is a remote travel trailer, so we ask that you please be mindful of water usage and be nice to the systems. We live 1/4 mile downhill and are available if needed.
Great trail systems, for both hiking and biking, is just a mile up the hill. Durango has everything you could ever want, just 20 minutes downhill. Mesa Verde National Park is under an hour, and there are hot springs in 3 directions. We LOVE living in this area!

Glamping in lil’ bit!

This was a perfect stay for us. We wanted to be camping but we did not want the hassle this time of tents and roughing it. It was a wonderful spot on the mountain with no one close by. The bed was soo comfy. The shower is a bit small but it was a shower. The host was not far down the hill to help if we had any issues, but we never needed any assistance.great place for someone that likes to camp but is too tired to set up and take down, especially after keeping all day. It is very dog friendly as well. We loved this place!! Thank you to The hosts for providing this wonderful spot. You will need 4 wheel drive for the last little bit to get to the camper.
