Dirty beds, AC doesn’t work and they couldn’t fix it

Great location, good breakfast.

Well recommended for short stays, very basic but nice and clean.

Rooms are very small. I heard loud snoring and kids playing from room next door. Walls seem to be very thin and lacking proper sound proof insulation between walls. The location is convenient because it’s located at the only shopping mall in the city and pretty close to historic downtown, restaurants, etc. Other than it’s location I would not recommend it.

Very basic tiny room, old bathroom, mold in the shower, water not hot enough. Same poor breakfast each day.

The hotel staff were very nice. The rooms aren't huge but they are just what you need. Place to lay your head, take a shower, get a meal. We were satisfied with the services. Thank you.

The hotel is attached to a shopping mall, so plenty of places to shop, dine, etc. Parking is not free though and the rooms are very compact. I also had to ask to be changed to another room because i found hairs in my bed sheets — a huge turn off.

Front desk transfer a call to my room and provided my name to the caller. This call was supposed to be from the leader of the Sinaloa cartel. Apparently this is a common practice in Durango to call the citizens and extort them. We didn't know this until our reatives told us. We asked the hotel why they had given my info to the caller and they didn't know what to say. The Manager did say that this was not the first nor the last time something like this happens. What was intersteing was that they do not alert the people staying at this hotel about this issue. They seeem to be ok with this happening. They re not doing anything to ensure the safety of their occupants.

Very noisy and loud Staff are wondering early morning to see if they can clean the room knocking on doors, as if rushing out the guests extremely anoying, Very good breakfast Very clean
