Excellent stay

My stay at the Principado Hotel was excellent. I was there for business a week. The staff service was very kind and made you feel very welcomed . I appreciated the fresh fruit every morning and the options for the hot meal breakfast. I would most certainly stay if I need to go back to Durango.

Disappointed

The biggest disappointment was the time breakfast was served as we had medical procedure due at 7:45 and booked close to medical procedure and be able to have breakfast before we went. Breakfast didn't start until 7:30. and we had to be at procedure at 745 and no trying to accommodate with fruits or yogurts or something. Otherwise comfortable enough, but not what we expected.

The staff was friendly and property was well kept. We enjoyed the breakfast included with the room price. Parking was convenient and easy to navigate! The only area for improvement would be the mattresses. They were extra hard.
