This 62-acre farm with a private 27-acre lake will amaze you with the country charm and city convenience it holds, with fresh baked bread and farm fresh eggs to wake up to. This place is designed for you to unwind and have a great time. This home newly remodeled and furnished 1 BR/1BA guest home is equipped with a full kitchen, well fitted with all the comforts of a home. Perfect home for two, but with the use of an ottoman that transforms into a sleeper and some air mattresses, the home can sleep up to four. The bathroom has a walk-in tub/shower, providing an increased safety and accessibility for bathing, particularly for individuals with mobility limitations or those who are elderly or disabled. Unlimited Star Link internet. The living room has a 58-inch TV with Netflix, Hulu, ROKU streaming. There are books and boards games for entertainment. We even have baby / young children essentials (play pin, baby tub, toys, etc) Dining table set for four but can accommodate six. Enjoy a beautiful meal looking out of a huge bay window overlooking the lake. There is a storage room with all the convenience you need, (i.e. air mattresses, life jackets for swimming, fishing lines, extra linen, blankets, and pillows, and extra convenience items.

Guests will have the entire house to themselves, as well as access to the lake whenever. With permission from the host, guests may feed the farm animals and gather farm fresh eggs for the farm experience.

We have a beautiful property with a 27-acre private lake that has an abundance of wildlife surrounding it and is stocked with fish, great for fishing or if you just want to take a dip for a swim. This site also offers great photo opportunities. Guests have access to fishing poles, and kayaks if you want to fish. Our lake is naturally stocked with Largemouth bass, Smallmouth bass, crappy, and perch. For guests with small children under the age of 12, we ask that they are accompanied at all times when at the lake. We do have a “Catch and Release” rule. No one is allowed on the lake after 10pm. This is to maintain the safety of our guests.

With close proximity to everything the surrounding area offers, and all the rodeos and festivals that happen, this is a great place to be close to all of the entertainment without the hassle of trying to book hotels.

Please inquire to the host about horse boarding if you require a place for your horses to graze during your stay. Horse boarding is for guests only.

This is a working farm, so my husband may be around riding a tractor or horse during your stay. Long term welcomed. Please message the host.
