Wonderful short stay at Barnet House. Easy check-in with a code upon entry system. The unit had a full kitchen with high quality, brand new amenities including pots and pans, coffee maker, utensils and nice ceramics too. The unit would be have been even better if there was a least one shelf to put away groceries and a place to hang clothes or jackets, even a few hooks on the wall would make a huge difference if we wanted to stay longer than a few nights. The location can‘t be beat. All the local sites are within walking distance and just steps away from a world of shopping and dining opportunities. Would definitely return if we‘re in the area again.

A delightful old building, converted into nine apartments over three floors. We stayed on the second floor in room number 6, which was very spacious and tastefully decorated. It had everything we needed. Sadly, we were a week early for the coffee shop opening on the gound floor. It was a pleasure to meet and chat to Kamila, one of the business owners.

Very modern apartment in a historic area of a historic city. Very comfortable stay. Good central "home base" if touring by car between Glasgow, Edinburgh, and Doune Castle.

Wonderful apartment and great location. Owner was available and even helped us with coins for the parking meter. We got a workout climbing 72 steps each way (no lifts in the building). Everything was within walking distance, Dunfermline is lovely. A great central location for seeing St. Andrews, isle of May, Edinburgh & Glasgow. Plus plenty of local culture. We would stay again!

What a great spot and gracious hosts! We stayed for just over a week. We had a few little issues when we first arrived. The management team was responsive and very attentive. They checked in periodically to see if the issues were resolved and if we needed anything further. This location is fabulous! So many shops and eateries. Grocery store is just a few blocks up. Lots of night life culture to experience as well. It's easy to catch a train or bus from this location and travel anywhere you'd like. I HIGHLY recommend this property for anyone looking for a safe and easily accessible location. Five stars! Thank you Natalia and Kamila for such a lovely stay.
