The Smart Stay is a modern, comfortable and convenient 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in Dunedin. It is walking distance to the university, the hospital, the stadium, the city centre and the museum. It has a spacious kitchen, a cozy living room and a private balcony. The apartment is fully furnished with everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay with free WiFi, TV with Amazon Prime, washing machine, and dishwasher. It is ideal for business, education or leisure travellers.
Don`t stress about extra guest fees, this is a flat rate booking for up to 5 guests.
The apartment is a two story modern facility located on the second level up one flight of stairs. The bedrooms are located above the living spaces, access by stairs. Those with young children should be mindful to watch them around the stairs.
There is a free single off-street parking bay at the back of the apartments.
You don`t need to pick up any keys. You can access the apartment using the electronic door, which has a pin code that we will message on the day of check in.
We live locally, so we can help you with any problems. Just give us a call and we will come over as soon as we can.
We provide all the linen and towels for your stay. If you want us to clean the apartment and change the linen during your stay, please let us know and we can organise an additional arrangement.
The lounge has a fold out couch that can be used as a double bed. It can accommodate a child or a smaller adult. You can find a photo of the couch in the listing.
