My husband I were so impressed with this studio apartment. The space was functional, the design efficient. We had lots of storage space, and the washer and dryer were a big bonus. We stayed here for six nights, and did not run out of things to see and do in the Dunedin area. Special thanks to Cecilia, the lovely host, who greeted us so warmly. We really enjoyed meeting her. The perfect secret hideaway in the heart of dunedin. I loved the gardens and the space to sit out. The property had everything you could possibly need and a lovely welcome from Cecylia too.

Good location. It didn’t meet expectations. The 3 bedroom unit we were in did not have two bathrooms. It had one with a seperate shower room. Only one toilet. 2 couples travelling together and we expected 2 complete bathrooms as advertised. Manager did not return calls we made. Beds very soft. We would not return.
