This ONE OF A KIND full hotel, is perfect for the whole group for short or long stays! Our beds and furniture are brand new and of high quality, ensuring a comfortable and restful sleep. This boutique hotel has 2 x studios, and 2 x 1 bedroom apartments.

As you step into Errick’s Hotel you immediately feel as though you are taken into a futuristic world of luxury. Book our entire 4-room boutique hotel, perfect for large groups wanting privacy, style, and plenty of space to entertain!

In total, 4 separate units in the hotel, laundry facilities, open plan living with sofa beds, dining, and kitchen area set across huge areas. Rooftop, outdoor entertainment areas for you to enjoy.

Our full hotel is made up of two studio rooms and two double-story apartment rooms.

Our Apartment rooms are equipped with a full kitchen, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, dining space, entertainment area, and outdoor area!

The studio rooms, with their own coded entry, are set up with a queen bed, spacious ensuite, clothes rack, desk, and tea/coffee facilities.

In the main apartment, the first level includes a large foyer, master bedroom, open-plan, tiled shower room, and toilet (which can be closed off from the shower).

Upstairs, there is a full kitchen and dining area, an outdoor entertainment space, and a spacious living room where you will find x 2 pull out sofa beds.

The two apartments' outdoor entertainment areas can be adjoined for added convenience.

For your entertainment, a Smart TV in each room and reliable Wi-Fi are available for your stay.

Our hotel is eco-friendly and health-conscious, run on solar power with a passive heating system and a constant flow of purified air, keeping you feeling fresh and at the perfect temperature!

Errick’s is situated on the edge of Dunedin’s heritage precinct, centrally located, but away from the hustle of the town centre. Our property offers off-street parking for your convenience. Only a 15-minute walk to Dunedin’s town centre or 2 2-minute drive to an array of shops and local cafes/eateries. The perfect spot to travel any direction from, just a stone’s throw away from the main highway.

Please note that Errick’s Hotel is a non-serviced accommodation. Self-check-in is required.

This is self-catering accommodation; however, for your convenience, we will get you started with a few rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher powder, along with a couple of tea towels, dishcloth, washing powder, and bin liners. We use only eco-friendly cleaning products. Sheets and towels are provided.

Please note that each room/apartment is operated by a lockable door with its own code.

Errick's Venue is situated next door to the Hotel. Errick's guests are welcome to use the space any time it is open.

Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign and agree to our rental conditions.

We require a $500 security deposit hold.

We do not permit smoking inside the property. If you do violate this policy, we will charge you $300 for the additional cleaning services required.
