Yes it did spa jets were rusty and a put off to using the spa bath . ventilation systems hadn’t beee cleaned in a very long time. Pillows were like cushions struggled to fit heads on them. Then we got. The lady’s in charge over Xmas were rude and we didn’t wanna stay the second night

Property was clean, but no towel’s or bathmat Rung and got towels went to shower later in night no bathmat ( to late in night to ring ) Next day they came and removed mattress from room, felt this should have been done after checkout

I booked to stay in standard 1 bedroom accommodation. The rooms were clean, they had a powerful shower, friendly staff on reception and nice tea and coffee were provided. The motel is located in quite a noisy area, and we were woken alot by people presumably returning from a drunken night out. We closed the windows but then they were dripping in the morning. There was also a light right outside our door which meant it was very light at night (no blackout curtains). The room was advertised as having a private courtyard and garden view but this was not the case, we had a no outdoor space and a view over the car park.
