Very convenient for Dundee centre. Easy walk - but uphill coming back! Easy checkin with clear instructions sent to access the apartment. Very basic - little things like missing blind at bedroom window .With some TLC this could be a really good apartment.

The sofa bed was very dirty and the apartment overall conditions need to improve on keeping tidy and clean, especially floor carpet not vacuum as there are many hairs on the floor. Also, the kitchens are not maintained well. However, the location is ok and there is a free carpark just outside the apartment.

Will definitely use again when visiting family

Good apartment ideally placed for visiting family in Dundee. Everything we needed, including lots of bits ( e.g. condiments, tea, sugar, coffee etc). Large main bedroom. Living area small but adequate. Sofa not very comfortable to sit on. Cleanliness adequate. Would definitely stay again when next visiting. Perfectly placed for the pubs, restaurants of the Perth road. Free car park opposite, good Nisa supermarket 3 mins away , large park for dog walking at bottom of street.

The main reason we chose this apartment over others was of the “free-WiFi” which was not working, There are smart TVs in the property which need internet for watching Netflix etc and I also had my laptop with me which I couldn’t use, phone signal in the apartment is absolute minimal because of the building. I had to call the owner to find out how to get into the apartment as I did not receive any check in instructions, he told me over the phone on the first day about the WiFi, but it was too late to cancel as it was already paid for, he told me it would be fixed for the next day but wasn’t fixed the whole week we were there, it’s a nice little apartment and has everything you need, beds are very comfortable, only issue was the WiFi and no phone signal.
