DINING AREA

• Bright space with seating for up to 8 guests. 5 dining chairs + bench seating. There is also an extra dining chair in the guest room if needed.

KITCHEN

• Fully equipped to prepare your favorite meals. Complementary drip coffee, tea, creamer and sugar is also available.

THE OUTDOOR

• 6-7 seater Hot tub, BBQ Grill (propane available), and outdoor seating around the fire pit. Firewood available for guests to use.

GAMEROOM

• Pool table, bag toss, mini golf putting, board games, TV and plenty of seating with couches and bar stools. Garage area is heated.

FITNESS AREA

• Space to get a workout in -- free weights, yoga mat, kettlebells and more.


Guests have access to the entire property with the exception of a few marked cabinets and doors (mechanical room and hallway closet) both used for restocking storage. If you’re in need of any extras during your stay, please reach out.

PETS
We allow up to 3 dogs of 50lb each, for $75 per pet per stay.
Pet fee must be paid through a separate authorization after booking is confirmed
If you would like to bring more than 3 dogs or any over 50lb, please send us an inquiry, and we will approve on a case-to-case basis. Pets over 50lb may be accepted at $150 per pet

PARKING
There is enough parking in the driveway for 5 vehicles or 3 vehicles and 1 boat.

Our house holds a MAX of 8 people

SECURITY
The property has motion sensor outdoor lighting and security cameras (ring camera on front door and back patio). Devices are not monitored but are actively recording for the safety of our property, guests and staff.

~ Minimum age to rent is 25 and primary guest must stay for the duration of the booking.
~ A photo ID to verify age at the time of booking is required to finalize your reservation.
~ A rental contract must be signed online via your email address within 24 hours of booking. If desired, please request a sample contract prior to booking.

Please note that the property is on a well system, which can occasionally cause water to appear discolored or hard; this is a common characteristic of well water and not a concern for safety or quality. Well water is safe to drink, however we also have a Britta water filter in the fridge or you can bring your own bottled water.

Our property uses a well water system, which can occasionally appear discolored or have sediment residue. This is common with well water and safe to use. A Brita water filter is provided in the fridge for your convenience, or feel free to bring bottled water.

It’s just like when you check in at a hotel and give your ID and security deposit to the front desk, except our front desk is online! It's super easy to complete on your phone! We use a web-based system called Happy Guest, and you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) to receive your arrival instructions. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay!
