Minnesota Point Beach House 5 se encuentra en Park Point, que está rodeado por las aguas cristalinas del lago Superior. Nuestra casa duerme cómodamente 4-5 personas. El dormitorio delantero tiene una litera con una cama de tamaño completo en la parte inferior y una cama doble en la parte superior. El cuarto de atrás tiene una cama queen.

El baño tiene una ducha completa y bañera.

Ofrecemos wifi gratis. Nuestra sala de estar cuenta con cómodos asientos para 4 personas, una chimenea eléctrica y un televisor con reproductor de DVD.

La cocina cuenta con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable (incluyendo lavaplatos) y está completamente equipada con todas las ollas, sartenes y utensilios que necesitará para tener una maravillosa comida casera lejos de casa.

Quaint little home.

Very clean and homey. We truly enjoyed our stay. The only difficulty was trying to back out of driveway as it was hard to see traffic coming from around the curve. Would highly recommend this place to others though.

Great value close to Canal Park

Great value for house just a few minutes walk from the Lift Bridge, Canal Park, and Lake Superior beach. Has all the essentials - nothing fancy but entirely comfortable.

Cleanest rental ever!

Stayed Fri - Wed. My daughters family stayed across the street, which was lake front. Her house also impeccably clean! But to be beachfront directly on the sand with no fence blocking the view - heaven! It's what people want when staying lakefront!

Perfect Vacation House

We loved this 2 bedroom 1 bath house. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. Bathroom was roomy with a great shower/tub. We loved that there was a washer / dryer in the basement. Bedrooms were very comfortable with plenty of space to put our things away. The sunroom was an added bonus, we played games out there. Entry was easy access. We didn’t need the fireplace but it looked perfect for cooler temps. I couldn’t find the hair dryer and Heather came right over with it. Communication was wonderful throughout the process. Parking was ample and convenient. We will definitely be back. We love this area and have stayed before, this home was perfect for us.

Lovely home

Such a sweet little bungalow! Everything you would need is provided, and the location is perfect. My boys loved the short walk to the beach and the aerial lift bridge. Great place to relax with a nice front porch with windows.

Five day stay in Duluth for Dance Convention

The house is in a great location which made it easy to walk to Canal Park. It is also across the street from Park Point Beach which is beautiful for strolls along the shore of Lake Superior. The Blue House is clean and tidy and exactly as described. My Granddaughter loves the top bunk and the kitchen is well stocked.

Great Weekend Getaway Spot!

House was clean and well stocked. It was surprisingly roomy and the layout was great for our small family. Very fun to be so close to an amazing beach and to walk down to the lift bridge and Canal Park. Host was very helpful and communicative. House had all paper products, kitchen supplies and bedding.

Well appointed comfortable cottage

We were there at the beginning of June, so I can’t speak to the heating or cooling systems. There are lots of windows, so that was very nice, and the neighborhood is reasonably quiet. Traffic sounds, sure, since it’s right on the main street, mainly during the morning commute time, but residents are used to waiting for the bridge, so they don’t keep their cars idling. We brought our bikes and really appreciate being able to keep them in the garage so we didn’t have to lock them and they stayed dry when it rained. The kitchen and pantry have all the things you need, and plenty of dishes, including smaller plates and bowls, which we used mostly. We didn’t cook while there, but ate our breakfast of yogurt and stuff, and tea, before heading out for the day, but you could certainly cook full meals if you wanted to. We prioritize having comfortable chairs with good lighting for reading, and a table for playing cards and games, and this was all provided at this spot. My only suggestion would be to provide a handrail next to the front stoop. It’s only a couple of small steps, but for someone with gimpy knees, like me, that presented a bit of a challenge.

Weekend getaway

We planned a trip with our little family for the Duluth air show . Walking around was easy and the beach was the boys favorite . Sat for hours . We will Definitely, come back for another Duluth stay !!

Cozy Park Point

This was our third stay at this property, in town for ski races at Grand Avenue Nordic. The house is small and cozy, perfect for our family of three. Well-equipped kitchen, comfy furniture, super clean- we will be back!
